As a result of my experience in Holocaust education and working with Holocaust survivors I set-up R to R, Refugees to Recovery with Tony Rindl, Vicar of St Mary’s Church, Watford. We work with a number of other organisations – Together 100, Donate4Refugees- to collect items badly needed by refugees. We pack these and ship them to the camps. We send banana boxes filled with essential items. It costs just £25 to get a banana box to the refugee camps and just £10 to create a dignity pack.
